CareOregon is a health plan that administers both the Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid) and Medicare benefits. We believe everyone deserves great health care, and every day we help nearly 300,000 Oregonians get the comprehensive care they need.
Cascadia Whole Health Care provides mental health services, addiction recovery support, primary care, wellness programs, permanent housing solutions and affordable housing to people of all ages.
Clackamas County Behavioral Health offers a wide variety of mental health and addictions treatment services to children, youth, families and adults.
Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare (CBH) provides adult outpatient services for both mental health and addictions with open access times on a first come/first serve basis. CBH also provides both psychiatric and Child and Family services with scheduled appointments available.
The history of Community Counseling Solutions is long and colorful. In fact, it extends all the way back to the 1970’s. It was at that time that the State of Oregon created what they called local mental health authorities.
Columbia Pacific CCO is a coordinated care organization (CCO) that currently serves Oregon Health Plan (OHP) members in Clatsop, Columbia and Tillamook counties.
Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, Inc. (GOBHI) is dedicated to the health care needs of rural Oregonians with the triple aim of better care, better health, and lower costs. GOBHI promotes wellness and believes in the power of preventative and local care.
The Hawthorn Walk-in Center provides urgent care services for mental health and addiction concerns. Appointments are not necessary, but if you would like to make one, or if you need help during hours we are closed, please call the 24-hour Washington County Crisis Line at 503-291-9111.
Jackson Care Connect is the only nonprofit CCO in Jackson County, and we are dedicated to our mission of empowering people and systems to improve the health of our community. We place our members at the center of our business decisions and support partners that serve our members. We work with other community organizations to enhance innovative projects that promote a healthy Jackson County.
Lifeways Inc. provides comprehensive behavioral health services to achieve and maintain mental and emotional health and well-being.
The Mental Health and Addiction Services Division (MHASD) is a part of the Health Department. Through our staff and our contracted providers, we deliver recovery-based mental health and addiction services to Multnomah County’s adults, children, and families.
We serve the public to protect, promote, and enhance a positive quality of life in Marion County.
Our mission is to work in partnership with our community to prevent youth homelessness and provide young people experiencing or at-risk of homelessness the resources and skills needed to lead healthy, productive lives.

Our mission is to help homeless youth and other marginalized people move towards improved health and self-sufficiency.
We are a 24-hour behavioral and mental health services center located in the greater Portland metropolitan area. We provide immediate psychiatric care and a path to recovery for people experiencing a mental health crisis.
